At Absolute we do not believe in 'Off-the-shelf' solutions. With our industry specialist consultants, we listen to the needs of the individual client. We advise on staffing numbers for functions and banquets, new legislations relating to Health & Safety and employment law. Absolute Recruit places a great emphasis on training. We have a dedicated trainer responsible for training in basic food hygiene, manual handling, silver service, wine waiting, table lay up and even 'how to box a table' are taught. We at Absolute pride ourselves on honesty, reliability, high level of integrity: above all, a personal service. If we are unable to fulfill any of our clients needs, they are instantly informed. You may have a very late booking and require a large number of staff for an early morning start. Rest assured; our 24 hour service enables you to talk to someone day or night.
